Cell Stage will be revised a few times before release, I want to make sure its playable and fun. The idea is to make a game about creativity and evolution. I know a lot of people are wondering, how can you achieve evolution when you create your avatar? Creativity is a major feature for Creature Sim. You will shape your species entire existence using the creators if you choose. The idea is to give players the option to customize their avatar anytime or to just let it naturally evolve, after you customize your creature and start the Stage, your creature will start to evolve but you'll always have the option to customize your creature and to turn evolution off, giving you full control over its evolution process. Hard core mode will not have this feature. The evolution will be based on your eating habits and your environment. Environments will change and creatures that cant adapt will have to migrate. Each creature will have Stats and Evolution points that you can use to upgrade those stats. Wanna be the fastest creature on the planet? Go for it! Just put all your evo points in the speed stat. Want a character that can Adapt easy? Put all your Evo points in the adapt stat. Parts cost -Cell Points- and will NOT effect your stats but will effect your abilities. You get Evo points by leveling up and you get Cell Points by killing, helping, stealing, exploring, migrating and eating. Aquatic, Land and Sky creatures will all share the same Stage -Era- Im currently only focusing on these 2 -Phases- Cell and Creature Era [Cambrian to Jurassic Era] This game will rely on support from its fans to help build the game. I plan to charge an OUTRAGEOUS amount for the game. The Cell Stage game will cost 1.99 [2 US Dollars!] This will not only help fund the game but eventually help put the servers on for multiplayer. The next stage will cost about [4.99] and Eventually the Cell Era will go free to play but for now this is the business model. Ill have lost of free giveaways so dont worry. All you have to do is subscribe to the mailing list. Its not about the money I just want to make sure the game of our dreams gets built in a timely matter
Continuation from www.moddb.com/games/creature-sim/news/about-the-game13 As mentioned on Moddb, this project is being built with multiplayer implemented at the start. Featuring planets that can hold up to 50 players at a time, each planet is its own server. The multiplayer system we'll be using is Photon Cloud and the login is through Firebase. Though costly, this is a perfect and easy way to achieve multiplayer without going through the hassle. The Cell stage looks decent In my opinion but the gameplay is a bit off, I'm still working on animations, effects, and optimization. I'm not a music/sound composer so I figure I'll just pay for it.
In this update, I added the Login system with Peer to Peer Multiplayer, Photon will come later but for now, I'm going with Peer to Peer so I can test gameplay and animations while online for free. I've added a new menu where players can select the stage and server they want. Cells in the Cell stage now have functions, attack or retreat. Bigger Cells consume smaller cells to become even bigger. Parts now have animations and give new abilities. I've also Added a lot of new and shiny graphics. New parts and more
The main menu will be similar to Spore with where players select a planet within the galaxy.

The goal is to create the Cell and the creature stages along with the creators. Surface creatures and Aquatic creatures will both share the same stage. At this current moment, I don't have plans for any other stages, for now, I'm focused only on these 2 stages.
